Status is set by lifetime points, so redeeming a reward never knocks you back down a tier. Redeem for free food, discounts and club merch from the Rewards tab, any time.

Businesses partnering on a savings category or sponsoring a club get a presence inside Northie Perks itself, whitelabel-ready, with real reporting on what it's actually doing.
Your logo and brand colours on the parts of the app your offer or sponsorship touches, not a generic Northie skin. The canteen app already supports per-club branding at runtime, the same mechanism extends to a partner's presence.
Attendance, quiz completions, codes issued and redeemed, all tracked and exportable, so a sponsor can see what their spend actually returned. Reporting is compiled and shared by the Northie team today, not yet a self-serve sponsor login.
Sponsor-branded bonus-points quizzes, with your questions, reward type and discount codes, set up by our team and live in members' apps within days. No dev work on your side.
Today, provisioning and reporting run through the Northie team on your behalf, a self-serve partner portal is on the roadmap as the network of categories and sponsors grows.

No. Scan the QR code at the counter and order as a guest. You just won't earn points on that order, and points can't be backdated onto a guest order afterwards, so it's worth logging in first if you're going to make an account anyway.
When you collect the order, not when you pay. If an order is cancelled before pickup, no points are awarded.
No. Your balance carries across seasons, and your lifetime total (the number that sets your tier) only ever goes up.
